Leading the implementation of processes, tools and metrics to improve customer profitability across 14 businesses in Cargill in America, Europe and Asia, capturing $35 million in profits during the first 2 years and projected to capture additional $120 million in the following 3 years.
Managing Cargill business in Costa Rica ($27 million sales, 560 employees), which she turned profitable and built a high performing team.
Developing a strategic sourcing function for Cargill in Latin America to service 17 businesses in 13 countries and negotiate $300 million annually capturing $17 million in savings.
Leading or assisting acquisition projects for an accumulated $2.2 billion.
